  served on a bed of crushed ice with thai teriyaki, chilli and ginger sauce, garnished with salad

Main Courses

  Beef Wellington  
  lined with a chicken liver, bacon and mushroom pate, served with fondant potatoes, wilted spinach and red wine and rosemary gravy

  on a bed of leek and bacon mash, served with stir fried vegetables, oyster mushrooms and a cream and garlic sauce  
     
  Honey glazed stuffed chicken breast  
  wrapped in Parma ham, served with potatoes roasted with herbs and garlic and seasonal vegetables
